The biggest win was losing 8 lbs and getting empowered and confident to continue my weight loss journey with running. I also added consistency in tracking and meal planning to speed my results.

My Story

In my twenties, I started running to lose weight. The more I ran, the more I fell in love with the sport.

As my running progressed, the goals got bigger. Faster times, qualifying for Boston.

In many of my marathons, I limped to the finish line dehydrated and out of energy. It was a huge disappointment. Each time I felt like I had wasted another opportunity. It wasn't until I signed up for my first Ironman that I realized the importance of nutrition on performance.

I finally qualified for Boston at 45 years old. I'm now a 16x Ironman triathlon finisher and ultramarthoner. I've learned how to make nutrition my secret weapon.

I became so interested in health & fitness that I earned a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology and became a registered dietitian. Now I'm a university professor teaching sports nutrition.

My passion is helping endurance athletes just like you recovery faster, perform better and stay injury-free so that you can continue training .

My Favorite Client

This is my wonderful, beautiful wife Jayme! We've been blessed to have trained and raced together over the last two decades. This was one of her Ironman finishes. A 13.5 hour Ironman is no joke. She's gone under 13 hour and I kid her that's because..."she's got a great coach." :)
