I'm Dr. JJ Mayo. I started running over 30 years ago to lose weight. I became an endurance junkie who now is a 16x Ironman fnisher, Boston marathon qualifier, and ultra marathoner.
I'm a college professor turned endurance coach. My PhD is in Exercise Physiology and I'm also a registered dietitian.
My goal is to help endurance athletes over 40 perform better, lose weight, and get the bling using evidence-based nutrition and training principles.
