Fast forward two decades: I’m now a retired college nutrition professor, registered dietitian, and Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology who’s published 50 articles on fitness and nutrition.
As a sought-after source for evidence-based nutrition, I've been quoted in US Weekly, Men’s Health, and, most recently, GQ magazine. I’ve also completed 16 Ironman triathlons and qualified for the Boston Marathon. But here’s what I love most: working with folks who are starting their weight loss and fitness journeys, just like I did. Let’s take it one step at a time—together!
