Hi, I'm Dr. JJ Mayo! I've been helping endurance athletes just like

you improve performance for decades. I'm a university professor, registered dietitian, and researcher (my PhD is in Exercise Physiology). Like you I'm an athlete. I started running to lose weight and have been training and racing for close to 30 years. I'm a 16x Ironman finisher, Boston Marathon Qualifier, and ultramarathoner.
